Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten hairbrush promptly, but the ironing facilities were top-notch and made my stay stress-free. the air conditioning was perfect, especially during the hot summer days, and the tea and coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch for a morning pick-me-up. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious sitting area and terrace, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring the city. the soundproofed rooms provided a quiet oasis for a restful night's sleep, and the garden furniture on the terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. the free toiletries were luxurious, and the washing machine and dryer came in handy for longer stays. the well-equipped kitchen with cookware and kitchen utensils, along with the electric kettle, made it easy to prepare meals and snacks whenever needed. the flat-screen TV kept me entertained during downtime, and the location near popular restaurants like the Dome Turkish Restaurant & Bar and Thai Modern Restaurant was convenient for dining out.
